Details	The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a PAC/Research Manager for our Government Affairs Department. Essential Job Functions: Administer Time Warner Cable Political Action Committee, which includes maintaining PAC financial records, managing requests for PAC checks, contributions to the PAC, matching grants, and payroll deductions. Prepare and submit FEC reports and LDA reports in compliance with federal law. Consult with PAC Chair, Treasurer and outside counsel on a regular basis. Research issues and prepare written analysis of policy issues affecting the Company. Attend hearings and briefings and provide written reports on TWC related issues. Prepare quarterly and monthly newsletters on Government Affairs issues. Job Requirements: Strong writing and communication skills, knowledge of Capitol Hill, FEC and other government agencies. Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, team player. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience. Finally, the employee generally works in an indoor office environment; overtime maybe required.
