Details	Managing a highly skilled, committed team, you’ll strike a difficult balance - developing campaigning policy that helps society’s most vulnerable people, while maintaining universal appeal. It’s a unique opportunity that demands an in-depth knowledge of policy issues, and the proven ability to communicate these simply and engagingly to a wide range of audiences. Superb people management skills are also essential – and while housing experience is less important, it would be an advantage if you’ve got some background in this or a related field. In today’s economic climate, the housing crisis is rapidly worsening, and is beginning to affect an ever wider cross-section of society. As Britain’s foremost housing charity, we see the consequences on a daily basis, often dealing with those in most urgent need of help. Yet providing affordable, secure housing isn’t seen as a major political priority. You’ll play a key role in changing this, in a challenging but hugely rewarding role.
