Carbon Connect is a high-level coalition of businesses and environmental groups committed to exploring the key challenges and opportunities relating to UK energy and climate change policy.
Carbon Connect was launched in June 2009 by Ed Miliband MP, then Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, as the latest initiative by Policy Connect, a cross-party and independent think tank.
In its second year of operation, and after two high-profile policy reports, Carbon Connect is now looking for a new Manager to continue to lead its exciting development, and take the group to the next level.
The successful candidate will have working experience of parliament or a policy-making environment and a good understanding of the low carbon and broader sustainability agenda. We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm and ambition to drive Carbon Connect forward, raise its profile, give it strategic direction, and secure strong financial support.
