This training seminar covers all aspects of Parliamentary Questions. A detailed analysis of oral and written questions in the Commons, Prime Minister's Questions, starred and unstarred questions in the Lords and the significant differences in procedure in each House.
Understanding Bills and Legislation - 8 July 2010
Examine the life cycle of a bill and learn about the role of the House of Commons and the House of Lords. Look at the role of Green Papers and White Papers, and the role of a Government department in passing legislation.
