Looking to get great project management experience within a fast moving, high performing environment?
Nestlé UK Ltd is looking for a Public Affairs Co-ordinator with an annual salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per annum plus great benefits…. The main purpose of the job is to provide administrative support to the UK Public Affairs team and co-ordinate the local community activity and Charity of the Year programme.
Being part of the Public Affairs team is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get great project management experience within a fast moving, high performing environment.
Some responsibilities:
• Manage enquires relating to donations and community support.
• Establish and maintain positive links with all local community co-ordinators, obtaining regular feedback and visiting each site at least once a year.
• To co-ordinate and Project manage the community programmes day to day, working with local schools, share best practice and look at opportunities for leveraging the partnership. To act as the project co-ordinator and main Croydon Charity Champion for Nestlé UK’s Charity of Year programme.
• Manage the Head of Public Affairs diary arrangements and provide general administrative support to the Public Affairs team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Public Affairs and have a proven administration/co-ordination track record. We are looking for an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships both internally and externally and has the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, along with solid numeric ability, good project management skills and the ability to be highly organised, persuasive and keen to drive change.
