This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading thinktank that promotes local democracy and strong local government. Working across the organisation as part of the newly formed External Affairs Team, you will support our policy experts as they work to influence public policy and promote policy knowledge and innovation in local councils, and will take a lead role in supporting the work of the prestigious All Party Parliamentary Local Government Group, and our external public affairs consultants. The postholder will also work directly with the Chief Executive and senior staff, providing a research, briefing and speechwriting support service..
