Details	The Law Society represents solicitors in England and Wales. From negotiating with and lobbying the profession’s regulators, government and other decision makers, to offering training and advice, we’re here to help, protect and promote solicitors. In this high profile role, you will lead important changes to the way the Society’s brand and values are positioned to members and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing a strong and evolving brand, and ensuring that our values are expressed in all contacts and embedded across the organisation. Developing and delivering sustained campaigns and reactive work to promote the solicitor brand, you will help to protect and extend the profession’s market share. Managing a high performing, results driven team, you will also lead the development of an integrated internal communication strategy to support the achievement of the Society’s goals. In addition to working closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure the expression of brand values in marketing material, you will collaborate with the Public Affairs and Policy teams to design, develop and implement a series of flagship events that cement our brand positioning with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring adequate provision for brand expression is made in budgets. A strategic thinker, you have demonstrable expertise in the development and delivery of strong brands. You have excellent project management, planning and organisation skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a matrix environment. Experience of budget preparation and management, with a focus on revenue generation and cost savings, is also essential. Naturally, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise with and influence people at all levels. Your collaborative approach ensures effective debate and decision making across complex structures. A good understanding of Microsoft packages and related IT systems is also required
