Help the Hospices is the leading charity supporting hospice care throughout the UK. We want the very best care for everyone facing the end of life. The majority of hospice care in the UK is provided by our member hospices. We represent and support them whilst championing the voice of hospice care in the UK and across the world.
The majority of hospice care in the UK is provided by our hospice members – we are here to represent them and champion the voice of hospice care. Our work includes training and education programmes, information resources for hospice staff and a hospice information service to the public. We work to influence government policy and support for quality care and good practice.
About the role:
This role will help us to build on the assistance that we provide to local hospices by developing, coordinating and delivering practical support programmes to help local hospices to navigate the impact of policy, regulatory or legislative change.
About you:
We need someone with a practical knowledge of interpreting the implications of policy change on service providing organisations and a proven track record of project development and project management. We need someone with a focus on delivery and experience of leading projects.
