Entry-level positions, particularly for the larger communications firms, can rarely be found by looking through lists of vacancies. This is because the vast majority of bigger consultancies use 'graduate schemes'. These usually occur once a year, with a company taking on anything from two to ten new graduates who have made through a vigorous recruitment process. It is a hard way in, but it can be done.
