The European Spirits Organisation (CEPS) is the leading voice of the European spirits industry with a membership comprising of 30 national associations from 26 countries, and a group of leading spirits producing companies.
The sector employs more than 900,000 people in the EU, and is the leading exporter worldwide of spirit drinks.
CEPS aim to raise and promote the understanding of the EU spirits industry to decision makers in the EU institutions, international organisations and other key stakeholders.
The Director General Position
The Director General reports directly to the President and the Board.

The Successful Candidate
CEPS is seeking a hands-on Director General with a proven track record in EU Public Affairs, and the ability to engage with policy-makers up to the highest levels.
The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, excellent communicator and a competent manager. The Director General also needs skills of diplomacy, persuasion and analysis.
The successful candidate is likely to be currently either a Director General or Deputy Director General of a European Association; or working in a senior European Public Affairs in-house corporate position
