Job description
As an EU policy manager you regularly monitor the European Union developments relevant to Bayer. You take care of the internal and external communication regarding policy topics. You also develop political strategies and position papers. You coordinate internal networks and working groups as well as manage other public affairs tasks.
Your qualifications
You have a good knowledge of European public affairs. Desirably you have public affairs or communications experience in Brussels, knowledge of EU institutions and working experience in a private sector environment. You speak and write English excellently and also know other European languages, preferably French. Passive knowledge of German is an important plus. You also have good organisational skills and are able to multi-task and work in a team.
